Travelers Insurance Leases in Universal City

Travelers Insurance has signed a 10-year lease for 60,000 square feet of office space in the 36-story 10 Universal City Plaza, formerly Getty Plaza, in Universal City.
The $15-million lease was negotiated on behalf of Traveler’s by Cushman Realty Corp., which also negotiated the sale of Getty Oil’s world headquarters building at 3810 Wilshire Blvd., and Coldwell Banker, which represented the landlord. Travelers will occupy floors 26 through 29.
