The first issue of a once-a-year magazine for dog lovers appeared on newsstands in November. “Dogs USA, 1986 Annual” includes photographs and descriptions of 140 breeds in its Directory of Breeders, plus articles on such subjects as how to leave your dog alone, why kids and dogs belong together and what to do if your dog disappears.
