Reagan to Speak on Arms

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will deliver a speech on defense issues from the Oval Office next Wednesday at 5 p.m. PST, spokesman Larry Speakes said today. An Administration source said the address will stress “the continued need for a strong defense.”
