Bridge Reconstructed

City Creek Bridge, first constructed in San Bernardino just east of Boulder Avenue 100 years ago, has been rebuilt at a cost of $623,000 by East Highlands Ranch Inc. as part of its work in developing a nearby master-planned residential community.
