Bush Will Go to Portugal

WASHINGTON —
Vice President George Bush will attend the inauguration Sunday of Mario Soares as president of Portugal, a spokesman has announced. The spokesman, Stephen Hart, said no schedule has been arranged for Bush to meet with other world leaders who may attend the ceremony.
