Bellevue Stratford Closes

PHILADELPHIA — The historic Bellevue Stratford Hotel, where the death of 29 people in 1976 led to the discovery of legionnaire’s disease, was to close Friday for conversion to a multiple-use building containing a small luxury hotel, its owners said.
