Country Lane South Fontana Single-Family Homes Open

Country Lane South, a development of Canaday & Co., opens this weekend in Fontana with 20 in a total of 40 single-family homes.

Priced from $69,990 to $75,990, the homes are available in three single-story floor plans with 1,155 to 1,333 square feet of space, three or four bedrooms, two baths and wood-burning fireplaces. Two of the plans also have breakfast/serving bars and formal dining rooms, and the third plan features a garden-view family room with sliding glass doors.

Nine exteriors are offered, including Tudor, Cape Cod and Mediterranean styles. First move-ins are scheduled by late summer.

The sales office is open daily except Thursdays and Fridays, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at 14705 Redwood Ave., reached from the Cherry Avenue exit of the San Bernardino (Interstate 10) Freeway.
