$5-Million Rialto Shopping Center Opens Wednesday

Rialto Value Center, the first off-price shopping center in the Rialto-Colton area, will open Wednesday at Riverside Avenue and Valley Boulevard.
The first unit of the $5-million, 70,000-square-foot center is a 32,000-square-foot Ross Dress for Less store, according to developer George Foos, chairman of Great Western Value Centers, San Francisco.
Six other off-price stores are scheduled to open in the next few weeks in the center: ClothesTime, Payless Shoes, Kid’s Mart, Contempo Casuals, Can’da Fashions and The Jewelry Store.
