NCAA Suspends Marco Baldi for 16 Games
The NCAA suspended St. John’s freshman center Marco Baldi for having part of his plane fare home to Italy paid for by a professional team, Simac. He was participating in a national team tryout.
Baldi has been suspended for 16 games. Baldi was averaging a little more than 10 minutes a game but had played more than any other reserve.
