First American Title to Move

First American Title Co. of Los Angeles, has leased about 40,000 square feet of the 102,000-square-foot 520 North Central building in Glendale and will move its Los Angeles County regional office to the building when it is completed this fall.

First American Title is now based at 1616 Beverly Blvd., just west of downtown Los Angeles. The firm’s president, Donald A. Pins, cited the central location of Glendale as a prime reason for choosing the building at 520 N. Central Ave.

The firm will maintain offices in the San Gabriel Valley, the San Fernando Valley and the South Bay area, as well as centralize and modernize operations at the new facility.
