Share

Time Inc. made several changes Tuesday in the top management of its magazines. William S. Rukeyser, managing editor of Fortune magazine since 1980, will become director of international business development, an assignment that will last up to one year. Marshall Loeb, on leave for the past two years from his post as managing editor of Money magazine, will succeed him. Landon Y. Jones Jr. will succeed Loeb at Money. He was executive editor and acting managing editor.

The company also said that Richard B. Stolley will relinquish his post as managing editor of Life magazine to continue working on the development of the company’s new Picture Week magazine, which Time recently pulled off the newsstands in selected test markets for further refinements. Stolley had been on leave from Life to work on Picture Week.

Judith Daniels, acting managing editor of Life and formerly founder of Savvy magazine, will replace Stolley on April 1.
