Department of Aging Establishes Hot Line

The California Department of Aging has established a toll-free hot line for residents, families, friends and others interested in long-term care facilities.
Called CRISISline, the service provides a way to contact the Department of Aging on serious problems that confront older people in nursing homes, including abuse, dietary considerations, medial care or other concerns.
The number is 1-800-231-4024
