Spires Chain Switches to Rectangular Format

0After 20 years of building octagonally shaped restaurants, Spires Restaurants, Orange, is switching over to rectangular structures. The first example of the new shape has opened at 19810 Beach Blvd., Huntington Beach. The more than $1-million building was designed by Perez & Hurtado, Architects, Orange.
