An alleged gang member convicted in a shooting that blinded an infant has been sentenced to a county-run camp for juvenile delinquents. Prosecutors said Derek Harmon, 16, likely will spend seven months at Camp Holton in Lake View Terrace, then return to Juvenile Court for a progress report.
