In a bid to cut operations expenses, Collins Foods International Inc. said it will consolidate its Orange County operations at a single location in Orange. Los Angeles-based Collins, which recently acquired struggling Naugles Inc. of Fullerton, will be vacating its current Orange County administrative and computer operations facilities in Brea and Fullerton.
About 250 Orange County workers will be moved to the new location at Katella Plaza, a new building at 1800 Katella near the Newport Freeway. A moving date has not been announced and terms of the 10-year lease were not revealed.
Besides Naugles, Collins Foods’ subsidiaries include Kentucky Fried Chicken and Sizzler Restaurants.
