Two White House aides are going to work for Rep. Jack Kemp of New York, a prospective candidate for the Republican presidential nomination, one of the aides said today.

Don Eberle, an executive assistant in the White House Office of Public Liaison, said he is leaving next week to become director of the Fund for an American Renaissance, Kemp’s foundation. Eberle said Bently Elliott, chief White House speech writer, also will leave in the next few weeks to become a speech writer for Kemp.
