Construction has begun on a $3.5-million office building developed by Irvine-based Nexus Development Corp. at the Lost Hills Business Center in Calabasas. the Building is the first to be constructed in the 500-acre, mast-planned project which is zoned for residential, commercial, industrial and retail development
