The nationally distributed “Jack in the Ball” toy is being recalled because Jack’s belly button could fall out, the Consumer Product Safety Commission reported Tuesday.

The button, which activates the jack-in-the-box-type toy, could pose a choking danger to small children, the commission said. No injuries have been reported.

The plastic toy is a roly-poly ball with a belly button that activates it as a jack-in-the-box. It was sold under the label “Ambi Toys Jack in the Ball E153,” and was distributed by five importers.
