Malibu : Pepperdine Plans Approved
The California Coastal Commission on Tuesday approved Pepperdine University’s plans to build a 9,400-square-foot telecommunications building on the campus. The two-story prefabricated building will be used for studio production and instruction.
The commission also approved plans for remodeling and adding 49,700 square feet to the university’s library.
Both projects are scheduled to begin this summer.
