U.S. Retaliatory Raid on Libya
For the first time in a very long time, I am proud to be an American.
Upstart punk countries led by ruthless maniacs like Moammar Kadafi must be punished.
We tried and tried to refrain from the use of military action, we asked our so-called allies to join us in economic sanctions to no avail.
The French even forbid us to fly over their land. The French whose butts we saved in World War I and World War II--the French recipients of billions of dollars of American aide, the French, who benefit enormously from American tourism, turned their backs on us and make our planes fly twice the distance.
Talk about biting the hand that feeds you.
Ingrates all . . . the French, the Italians, the West Germans. The one time we ask for help, they spit in our faces.
Our only real ally is England.
