Woman, Child Hurt in Shooting
A woman and a 3-year-old girl were critically wounded Tuesday night in a shooting in North Hollywood, authorities said.
The woman, in her 20s, and the girl were taken by helicopter to St. Joseph Medical Center in North Hollywood, Los Angeles City Fire Department spokesman Jim Wells said. The shooting was reported about 9 p.m. on the 7200 block of Case Avenue, he said. No other information was available.
