48 Arrested at Yale

NEW HAVEN, Conn. —
Campus police today arrested about 48 protesters who blocked entrances to Yale’s main administration building while demanding divestment of business interests in South Africa. The arrests ended two days of relative calm on the Ivy League campus where 272 previous arrests have been made since April 14.
