Bright Idea-- It’s Time to Set Clocks Ahead

Just a reminder. If you wake up at 2 a.m. Sunday, it’s really 3 a.m., but if you wake up at 1:59 a.m. then everything’s fine.
Confused? Don’t be. It’s just daylight-saving time.
Daylight-saving time will go into effect at 2 a.m. Sunday. From that time forward, all clocks should be set ahead one hour.
If you don’t plan to be awake at 2 a.m., just remember to set your watch and clocks ahead one hour as soon as you wake up--or before you go to bed tonight.
So why is there daylight-saving time?
“Because Congress says so,” according to weather forecaster Wally Cegiel.
Daylight-saving time will remain in effect until the last Sunday in October.
