Marysville City Councilman Daniel Ferrari has been convicted by a jury in Napa County of felony voter fraud charges involving the registration of a Yuba City couple, who lived at his home for less than 48 hours but listed the address as their residence. The jury deadlocked on whether Ferrari had duped a long-time Sacramento friend into also registering illegally. Ferrari’s fiancee, Teresa Collins, was acquitted.
