Santa Fe Springs : Sign Moratorium Extended
The City Council last week extended for 11 months a moratorium on new pole signs, roof signs and all other signs that exceed 100 square feet along major streets and freeways.
The extension, which expires on March 12, 1987, was sought to give the planning staff more time to complete a study that would revise zoning regulations for such signs. An urgency ordinance establishing the moratorium was adopted in March.
