Pat Nixon Ex-Aide Named Envoy

WASHINGTON — President Reagan said today that he will nominate Patricia Gates Lynch, one-time press assistant to former First Lady Patricia Nixon, to be ambassador to Madagascar and Comoros. Lynch currently is the producer and host of two Voice of America shows.
