CIMCO announced Tuesday the initial public offering of 1 million shares at a price of $9 per share.

The Costa Mesa-based manufacturer of thermoplastic components said of the shares being sold, 600,000 shares were offered by the company and 400,000 shares by certain shareholders.

After the offering, there will be 2.1 million shares outstanding. Wedbush, Nobel, Cooke Inc. is the managing underwriter.
