Monrovia : Mayflower Building Halted

The City Council has voted to impose a 45-day building moratorium on north Mayflower Avenue from Foothill Boulevard to Court Street in Monrovia pending a study of whether the parcel should continue to be zoned for medium density in an area of single-family residences. The action halts plans to develop two additional residential units on an existing single-family parcel at 145 N. Mayflower Ave.
