Culver City : Off-Campus Lunches Curbed
The Culver City Board of Education has voted unanimously to prohibit 9th-, 10th- and 11th-graders from leaving the Culver City High School campus for lunch, beginning in the fall. The board approved the plan after residents near the school complained that students who left the campus were creating litter and noise problems. Parents also expressed concern about the sale and use of drugs.
