On Friday night, police and Ventura County sheriff’s deputies forced their way into a home on Hollister Street that was suspected as a location for drug sales, Sgt. Ken Tacke said.
One of those arrested was identified by police as David Bishop, a sailor assigned to the aircraft carrier Ranger. The others, all of Simi Valley, were identified as Walter Monsauret, 26; his brother, Boudy; James Low, 28; Tami Bird, 18, and a 17-year-old girl. They were booked on a variety of drug charges. Bail was set between $5,000 and $2,500.
