‘Dr. Ruth’ Says China Will Relax One-Baby Rule

China’s policy of allowing families just one child will be relaxed when earlier “baby boom” generations have passed child-bearing age, U.S. sex therapist Ruth Westheimer said Friday.
Westheimer, known to Americans as “Doctor Ruth” for her sex advice shows on radio and television, talked with Peng Yu, vice chairman of the State Family Planning Commission, during her current two-week study tour of China, she said.
