Degree Candidates Given Scholarships
Two candidates for master’s degrees in business administration at UCLA have been awarded $5,000 scholarships by the Urban Land Institute to pursue research projects. Fourteen of the scholarships were awarded nationwide.
Bradley Fredericks will study demographics, development and recreational properties.
Aaron Michaelson will research the factors that determine success in mixed-use retail developments.
The Urban Land Institute is a nonprofit educational and research organization dedicated to improving the quality of land-use planning and standards for development.
