A woman whose van ran into 13 vehicles near Los Angeles International Airport Wednesday, injuring 23 people, has been charged with driving under the influence of PCP, Los Angeles police said. A blood sample taken from Pamela Marie Quijada, 29, after the accident showed traces of the illicit drug, Officer Willie Wilson said. Quijada has been charged with one felony count of driving under the influence of drugs. She is free on $2,500 bail and her arraignment was set for May 30 in West Los Angeles Municipal Court, Wilson said.
