Federal drug agents arrested eight suspected members of an LSD sales ring in a series of coordinated raids in Northern California and New Orleans. Frank E. White, San Francisco Drug Enforcement Administration agent-in-charge, said the ring was headed by Paul Currier, 33, and his wife, Janet, 30, who were arrested in Marin County. He said they conspired with the other six arrestees--and with four other people still being sought--to distribute several million doses of LSD in clear gelatin squares during the last three to six years.
