The Region : Recovering ‘Baby Rachel’ Goes Home
“Baby Rachel,” the 3 1/2-month-old girl who received a heart transplant last month, left Loma Linda University Medical Center, where she underwent surgery April 28. She was alert and two pounds heavier than she was before the transplant, Dr. Robin Doroshow said.
