Chula Vista
The Vietnam Veterans Committee at Southwestern College on Friday will dedicate a monument to San Diego area veterans from the Vietnam War.
The tribute will include a speech by David Vantress, chairman of the committee and a student at the college. The ceremonies will be held at 9 a.m. on the college’s campus at 900 Otay Lakes Road, Chula Vista.
