Three bombs exploded overnight in the Chilean capital outside an army recruitment office and a plant belonging to the country’s largest private arms manufacturer, police said Friday.

One woman was cut on the hand in the blasts. No one claimed responsibility for the attacks, although leftist guerrilla groups fighting the military government of President Augusto Pinochet have admitted similar bombings.
