Torrance : Land Sold for $2 Million
The city has sold for $2 million a 4.4-acre parcel at Crenshaw Boulevard and 235th Street that was formerly used as a drainage sump to the Don Wilson Development Co. The firm, which has built many residential developments in the city, hopes to build a 75,000-square-foot industrial and research facility.
