An Egyptian commuter plane shook “like a feather” before it crashed with its left wing ablaze as it tried to land at Cairo airport in a sandstorm, survivors said Wednesday.

Authorities blamed an engine fire and poor visibility for the Tuesday night Air Sinai crash just outside Cairo airport. Twenty-three people died and three others aboard were injured.
