AND WAIT, THERE’S MORE: The new Madonna single, due out Monday, is titled “Papa Don’t Preach.” . . . Meanwhile, John Cougar Mellencamp, J.D. Souther and Glenn Frey have all contributed songs to an upcoming Roy Orbison album (the contribution from Souther is especially fitting, since his “You’re Only Lonely” hit was so reminiscent of Orbison’s “Only the Lonely”). . . . The new Eurythmics album, “Revenge” (due out July 14), features such songs as “Missionary Man,” “Thorn in My Side” and “Miracle of Love.” . . . The partially re-formed Monkees (yes, them !) are making a new album for Arista Records, which will feature a cover version of “Kicks,” the old Paul Revere & the Raiders hit. . . . Rodney Crowell has moved to CBS Records, where he’s recorded a new album titled “Street Language.” . . . And D.A. Pennebaker’s classic 1967 documentary on Bob Dylan, “Don’t Look Back,” will be out on Paramount Home Video in July. The 95-minute film was shot during Dylan’s 1965 British tour and features cameo appearances by Joan Baez, Donovan, Bobby Neuwirth and Allen Ginsberg, who looks on in the opening scene as Dylan uses flash-cards to unveil the lyrics to “Subterranean Homesick Blues.”
