Trains Collide in Italy

ROME —
A train traveling between two Rome terminals hit a Viterbo-to-Rome passenger train at the Flaminia Station on Thursday, injuring 25 people. The engineer, Salvatore Ceccarelli, 38, told authorities that his brakes failed and that he then plowed into the intercity train, which had stopped on the track ahead.
