Police Identify Stabbing Victim

Harold Elmer Krause, 46, has been identified as the victim of a fatal stabbing Sunday in North Park.
Steve Edward Albrecht, 22, has been arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with the death in Krause’s home on Mississippi Street. Albrecht is being held in County Jail and will be arraigned later this week.
Police said the death was probably the result of a domestic dispute.
