Arrest warrants have been issued against 15 drivers for a Los Angeles dairy in connection with a price-skimming scheme involving a federally funded nutrition program for low-income women and children. The dairy drivers, who work for Pure Milk Dairy, are charged with grand theft and forgery for allegedly providing food worth as much as 25% less than the face value of coupons held by participants in the Women, Infants and Children supplemental food program.
