A 41-year-old El Cajon woman was killed in a traffic accident Friday night in El Cajon.
Carolyn Naylor was a passenger in a Jeep driven by John Andrew Linder, 32, who was turning left from westbound Main Street onto Ballard Street about 10 p.m. when his vehicle collided with one driven by Beverly Ann Denton, who was eastbound on Main.
Three passengers were thrown from the Jeep: Linder’s wife, Susan Lee Linder; Charles Bradley Wix, and Naylor. All except John Linder were hospitalized. Denton and Wix were treated at AMI Valley Medical Center and released Saturday. Susan Linder was treated at Sharp Memorial Hospital and released Saturday.
John Linder is being held at County Jail on suspicion of felony drunk driving and vehicular manslaughter, police said.
