Assault and battery charges against New England Patriot wide receiver Irving Fryar were thrown out of Boston Municipal Court for lack of evidence.
Clerk Magistrate Dominic Procopio dismissed a complaint application by Glenn Hill, 25, of Boston, who claimed Fryar attacked him on May 2 at the a hotel.
