Czech Envoy to Be Named

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan will nominate Julian M. Niemczyk to be ambassador to Czechoslovakia, the White House announced Thursday. Niemczyk, 65, was the defense attache at the U.S. Embassy in Prague from 1967 until 1969.
