Law Firm Will Relocate Office

The law firm of Munger, Tolles & Olson will relocate its offices from 612 S. Flower St. to three floors of 333 S. Grand Ave. in a 15-year lease valued at $30 million.

Gilbert Jordan of Jordan & Associates, Los Angeles, is acting as consulting tenant developer for Munger, Tolles & Olson. He will supervise design and construction of the 75,000-square-foot space on floors 34 through 36. Occupancy is planned for December.

Cushman Realty Corp., Los Angeles, represented the law firm and McGuire Thomas Partners, Los Angeles, owner of the building, represented itself in the transaction. Interior designer is G.D. Moore & Co., Glendale, and general contractor is Dinwiddie Construction Co., Los Angeles.
