90-Home Tract Opens in Desert

New America Designs, a community of 90 single-family homes, is being built in two phases at the intersection of Carol Street and 15th Street East in Lancaster by West Venture Development Co.

Completed for the development’s grand opening this weekend are three decorated models showing three different floor plans and priced from $91,950 to $103,950.

Built on lots of about 7,200 square feet, the homes range in size from 1,334 to 1,703 square feet and have three bedrooms and two or 2 1/2 baths.

The homes include front yard landscaping and an underground sprinkler system as well as a two-car garage with direct interior access. Interior features include carpeting, vaulted ceilings, skylights, central air conditioning, forced-air heating, walk-in closets and a full range of kitchen appliances.

The project will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
