An Israeli navy patrol boat captured a number of guerrillas in a vessel flying a Cypriot flag off the Lebanese coast, an Israeli army spokesman said. The crew and an undisclosed number of guerrillas were brought to Israel for questioning. The army said the guerrillas belong to the Fatah faction of the Palestine Liberation Organization and are still being held. Five crew members were released. The announcement gave no indication of whether the boat was on a mission to attack Israeli targets.
