Council OKs Redistricting Plan
The City Council today approved 12 to 2 a new redistricting plan that was given a preliminary nod last week.
The remap plan, as approved, will combine parts of the old 13th and 4th districts. The new 13th District will have no incumbent and will be 65% Latino. Councilmen John Ferraro and Michael Woo will live in the new 4th District and are expected to run against each other in the 1987 election.
